Licensing policy is said to be a control of govt. over its assets that how to utilize given resources or who is responsible for some work as govt. is responsible, its their duty to have a control effort to do things in a manner which is not hazardous to its own people and provide a sustainable development model for the economy of a country.
One of our major aspect is also towards how we change from a socialist economy, to a policy of capitalism or said to be a economy where there is no boundations, no walls to restrict, or said to be a free economy, where manufacturing is not limited, but be according to the demand supply curve, that when there is demand, manufacturing is done, in previous times we have seen a high inflation rate due to these boundations in economy, where people have money but not able to buy due to restriction on non ability or limited production. So, this all gone with opening up of economy after IMF & WORLD BANK pressure over us.
Our major focus is regarding business prospects in INDIA, what happen when a company like VEDANTA come with a huge investment, do work, prepare strategies, signed MOU’s with state govt. & in last they are betrayed, on grounds of some thing that is not seen earlier, in the beginning we say this all make life of these people vulnerable but in the end we are not able to see what happen when the land which belongs to people, they get sudden benefit, but in end that hoax is gone.
We have seen what happen in case of LAVASA, they are going to develop an whole hill station, they have several approvals from several ministries, but in the end just due to a stay order they now suffer a loss of 250 cr. Rupees every day, just due to halt on work, due to order that, there clearances are not sufficient, so is there any authority which can say that now u have all clearances, answer is straight no, so who will suffer, persons who have invested, person who are thinking about their dream home there, or who, these environment or human right jugglers who on time said that they are illegal, and when there hands are fuelled with sweets, they take an affirmative stance. We have also seen singur, their people are betrayed not by any businessman, not even govt. but there own people, now we seen that after even getting profit from that project.
